This is a selected blood-test package. Antibody results can reflect past exposure, and testing too soon may miss an infection. Chlamydia IgG does not establish a current genital infection; your doctor may recommend a urine or swab test instead. 01Syphilis screeningTPA, with follow-up RPR if reactive.

- RPR — if TPA is reactive
A reactive TPA result needs interpretation alongside RPR, symptoms and any previous syphilis treatment. It does not by itself establish a new infection.
02Chlamydia antibody testAn IgG blood test.
Included test
- Chlamydia trachomatis IgG
IgG does not reliably diagnose or exclude a current genital chlamydia infection. A urine or swab nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) is normally used for that purpose. Ask the doctor which test is appropriate; NAAT is not included in this package.
03Herpes antibody testsSeparate HSV-1 and HSV-2 IgG tests.

IgG can indicate past exposure but cannot tell when infection occurred. HSV-1 IgG cannot tell whether infection is oral or genital. False-positive results can occur; the doctor will advise whether confirmation or a swab of a current sore is needed.

Before you arrange your screening.
Is RM250 for one person or a couple?
RM250 is the price per person, including the listed blood tests and a doctor consultation. Two people taking this package would have a base total of RM500. The clinic confirms appointments and any agreed additional services.
Do I need to fast?
No fasting is required for the listed blood tests. If you arrange other tests, ask the clinic whether those need separate preparation.
Can this package rule out every STI?
No. It covers the listed blood tests only. Some infections require urine or swab tests, and recent exposure may be too early to detect. The doctor can advise a testing plan based on symptoms and exposure.
Does chlamydia IgG confirm an active infection?
No. Chlamydia IgG cannot reliably diagnose or exclude a current genital infection. A urine or swab NAAT is usually used to detect current infection. The doctor can advise whether this separate test is needed.
Should everyone have herpes IgG screening?
Routine herpes blood screening is not recommended for everyone without symptoms. False-positive results can occur. Discuss suitability first, and tell the doctor about any current sores, which may need a swab.
How soon after exposure should I test?
The appropriate timing differs by infection and test. Contact the clinic for a plan; an early negative result may need repeating. If possible HIV exposure occurred within the past 72 hours, seek urgent medical care for PEP assessment rather than waiting for routine screening.
What if a result is reactive or positive?
Discuss it with the doctor before drawing conclusions. The meaning depends on the test, previous infections and timing. Confirmatory testing or further assessment may be needed before diagnosis or treatment.
When will I receive my results?
Processing times differ by test. The clinic will advise when reports are expected and how the included consultation and any results discussion are arranged. Additional tests or treatment are priced separately.

TPA 呈反应性时，需要结合 RPR、症状及既往梅毒治疗史解读，不能单凭此结果判断为新感染。
02衣原体抗体检测IgG 血液检测。

- 沙眼衣原体 IgG（Chlamydia trachomatis IgG）
IgG 不能可靠地诊断或排除当前生殖道衣原体感染。一般使用尿液或拭子核酸扩增检测（NAAT）判断当前感染。请向医生咨询适合的检测；本配套未包含 NAAT。
03疱疹抗体检测分别检测 HSV-1 及 HSV-2 IgG。

- 单纯疱疹病毒2型 IgG

需要空腹吗？
列明血液检测无需空腹。如另行安排其他检查，请向诊所确认是否有额外准备要求。
这个配套能排除所有性传播感染吗？
不能。配套只包含列明血液检测。某些感染需要尿液或拭子检测，近期接触也可能太早而未能检出。医生会根据症状及接触情况建议计划。
衣原体 IgG 能确认当前感染吗？
不能。衣原体 IgG 不能可靠地诊断或排除当前生殖道感染。通常使用尿液或拭子 NAAT 检测当前感染。医生可判断是否需要此独立检测。
每个人都应该做疱疹 IgG 吗？
不建议所有无症状人士常规进行疱疹血液筛查，因为可能出现假阳性。请先讨论适用性；如有当前疮疹，请告知医生，可能需要拭子检测。
接触后多久应该检测？
